M & D Town Planning proudly contributed to the successful development of the Victoria Avenue, Springvale project, where we played a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive town planning report and managing the application process for this significant land development. This project involved the meticulous planning and development of six (6) contemporary dwellings, each designed to complement the vibrant and growing community of Springvale. Our responsibilities encompassed not only the preparation of a detailed town planning report but also the creation of a features level plan, ensuring that the development adhered to all necessary regulations and standards. In addition to our core services, we collaborated with Steradian Pty. Ltd., bringing their expertise into the fold to deliver a robust Waste Management Plan and a forward-thinking Sustainable Design Assessment. This partnership allowed us to integrate sustainable practices and efficient waste management solutions into the project, aligning with our commitment to environmentally responsible development.
